Job Description

Job Description
- Check factory processes to ensure compliance with both internal and external regulations and standards;
- Check and update professional documents;
- Promote continuous improvement of core processes to ensure maintenance of quality and efficiency in production;
- Ensure that businesses comply with the principles to meet production conditions requirements;
- Train and support inexperienced QC staff on processes, implementation methods and quality standards;
- Train production staff on processes, practices and quality standards;
- Develop quality measurement standards for businesses;
- Maintain quality assurance documentation;
- Check the process, perform comparison steps with pre-determined standards;
- Analyze parameters to find out the difference compared to the original standard;
- Coordinate with customers and suppliers to resolve quality related issues;
- Work with relevant parties to review the cause and remedy the consequences in case of errors;
- Other tasks as required by superiors
