Job Description

Plan, coordinate, and organize all department-related work.
Establish standards and procedures for the work of room service staff and provide necessary on-site training for staff.
Schedule specific work to plan work for the department.
Check and ensure that all services from the time guests check in until they leave the hotel are performed according to procedures.
Orient, recruit replacement staff when necessary, responsible for all department reports.
Ensuring that employees are always in good mental condition helps ensure high work efficiency.
Review and evaluate the performance of subordinates.
Plan work scientifically and reasonably, coordinate closely with Heads of other departments to improve the hotel's business efficiency.
Ensure the best cleaning service is maintained from guest rooms to public areas.
Requires purchase, replacement, maintenance and control of fabrics and cleaning equipment to keep them in good condition.
Regularly check inventory, laundry, uniforms, table linens and report lost and found items.
Chair monthly department performance review meetings as well as morning staff meetings.
Submit to the CEO any matters requiring the approval of superiors.
Attend all department head meetings and department related meetings.
Resolve internal conflicts within the department promptly without affecting work efficiency.
Resolve customer complaints appropriately and professionally.
Plan and track overtime for regular employees and schedule work for temporary employees as needed.
Closely manage consumables and customer service goods to avoid waste. Make recommendations to improve service and ensure more efficient operations.
Perform all necessary ad hoc tasks as assigned by the Executive Director.
