Advise the Board of Directors and perform tasks related to corporate legal issues and projects that the Company is implementing.
Establish, maintain and develop relationships with government agencies and external partners to resolve issues related to the field of expertise.
Protect the Company's legitimate rights and interests and resolve disputes during the Company's business operations.
Develop/ contribute ideas and propose improvements to the Company's policies, regulations, procedures and work instructions to comply with legal requirements and the Company's operations.
Provide guidance and advice on legal issues to Departments/Offices in the Company.
Review, comment, and forecast legal risks for documents and other business transaction documents of the Company.
Handle legal issues arising during the implementation of the Company's contracts/transactions.
Research, update and disseminate to relevant Departments/Offices legal documents related to the Company's operations.
Build project legal supervision to achieve the goals assigned by the Board of Directors.
Advise the Board of Directors on new government policy changes related to the real estate sector.
Preside over drafting, reviewing, and completing the system of contracts, text forms, and documents performed by the legal department.
Responsible for managing and operating the general work of the Legal Department.
Report relevant issues to the Board of Directors or as required.

University degree or higher in Law, with a lawyer's practice certificate (if required by job requirements)
At least 5 years of experience in corporate law or legal consulting.
Good analytical, synthesis and logical thinking skills.
Understand Enterprise Law, Labor Law, Investment Law, Commercial Law, and regulations related to the company industry.
Ability to advise, draft contracts, legal documents and handle arising legal issues.
