Job Description

Build a Digital marketing strategy
Expand scope of operations and market share
Analyze potential customer profiles
Product planning: Coordinate to maintain and develop service/product service quality with the BOD team
Plan distribution channels, coordinate with Director:
Promotion planning: Ensure communication activities to customers and the public through advertising, public relations, personal selling and promotions.
Pricing planning: Determining price levels, pricing techniques, terms of sale, price adjustments, and using price as an active or passive factor.
Implement marketing control and evaluation:
Diplomacy Work: Build and maintain good relationships with the media and KOLs', celebrities, and influencers with potential customers
Management process and system: Build and improve working processes in the marketing field to achieve higher work efficiency and professional quality.
Employee management/professional development: Ensure recruitment, evaluation, training, transfer, appointment, dismissal... of employees in the digital marketing department.
Coordinate and support related work with PBs and perform other work under the direction of the Board of Directors.
