- Job details:
Assist the salon owner in managing the day-to-day operations of the beauty salon.
Interpretation and Communication: Translate documents from Chinese, Vietnamese, and English.
Recruitment and Training Support: Coordinate interviews and onboard new employees (preferably beauty technicians).
Track Revenue, Expenses, and Reports: Summarize weekly/monthly data using Excel/Google Sheets.
Marketing Coordinator: Support content activities on TikTok/Facebook/Zalo platforms.
Other Responsibilities: Handling complaints, placing orders, and assisting store management as needed.
- Job requirements:
Requirements for candidates (must meet at least 4-5 of the following 7 criteria):
Experience required: At least 2-3 years of general administrative experience.
Foreign language requirements:
Proficient in Mandarin Chinese (HSK 5 level or equivalent, excellent listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills)
Proficiency in Vietnamese is required (as the work location is in Vietnam).
Professional skills:
Proficient in using office software: Excel, Word, Google Workspace, Zalo OA, WeChat
Proficient in management software
Coordination and organizational skills:
Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously, managing schedules effectively, and closely monitoring deadlines.
Excellent communication and emergency response skills (e.g., inventory shortages, unexpected employee leave).
Experience working remotely or a combination of both (if required).
Personality and style:
Proactive, meticulous, and able to work under pressure.
Honest and trustworthy, with absolute confidentiality (customer data, financial information).
Professional and friendly image.
Willing to arrange flexible working hours (may require working weekends, with arrangements for compensatory time off).
Other requirements:
Age: 22-35 years old (female preferred, but not required)
Ready to work full-time at the store.
- Benefits received:
Fixed salary: 12-15 million VND (depending on experience and Chinese language proficiency)
Lunch + uniform + insurance (provided as required by law after 3 months of probation).
