WORKING TIME: From Monday to Saturday
- Morning: 8am - 12pm
- Afternoon: 13h - 17h
- Sign up for a permanent job in 1 of 2 shifts. Minimum 5 shifts per week.
DESCRIPTION:
- Consulting, answering and answering customer questions via text messages.
- Record customer complaints.
- Arrange working schedule, calculate salary according to timesheet, monitor compliance with regulations of warehouse staff.
- Support the recruitment process of new employees.
- Check the inventory of raw materials, tools and tools to plan appropriate orders.
- Reviewing data on the warehouse management system, reporting errors to superiors.
- Coordinate with other employees to ensure warehouse operation in accordance with regulations and efficiency.
- Report the work situation, record information.
- Perform other duties as assigned by superiors.
REQUEST:
- Male and female from 18 to 25 years old. College/University Degree. Preference will be given to 3rd and 4th year students.
- No experience required.
- Basic knowledge of Word and Excel.
- Observing, careful, honest and mature. Introversion is preferred.
- Able to work independently, good teamwork.
RIGHT:
- Salary: 27,500 VND/hour + bonus.
- Attendance allowance: 90000 VND (to work 6 shifts a week).
- Salary is calculated from Monday - Sunday, salary is paid on Friday every week.
- Evaluate salary increase every 3 months.
