Describe: 1. Sales department support: - Support management and monitoring of business progress, including planning, reporting sales and business targets.
- Track and aggregate data on customers, contracts, orders and related transactions.
- Support marketing activities, organize events, conferences, and seminars for customers.
- Contact, care and answer questions from customers during the cooperation process.
- Prepare and process documents and business reports as required by superiors.
2. Support General Director: - Arrange the CEO's schedule, meetings and business trips.
- Attend and take minutes of important meetings, monitor progress of implementation of decisions from meetings.
- Consolidate reports from other departments to submit to the General Director.
- Draft documents, notices, reports and other materials as required by the General Director.
- Support in projects, strategic plans of the General Director and coordinate with related departments to ensure work progress.
- Interpret during meetings and provide translation support to departments when needed.
