Perform accounting work, including: checking, accounting, storing invoices and documents and preparing monthly/quarterly/yearly financial reports.
Manage the company's income and expenses, cash flow and debts.
Calculate salaries, social insurance, and benefits for employees.
Work with tax authorities, banks, and partners to resolve financial issues.
Assist in cost control, financial planning and reporting of real estate projects.
B. Assistant Duties:
Assist the Director in arranging work schedules, meeting schedules, and related administrative tasks.
Monitor progress of real estate projects, coordinate with departments and partners to ensure completion on schedule.
Prepare documents and legal records related to real estate transactions.
Attend meetings with clients/partners and take note of important information.
Perform other tasks as required by the Board of Directors.
