1. Content of work
- Finding, establishing and maintaining relationships with international partners in the same field
- Translating/Translating for the Board of Directors
- Support administrative tasks, arrange working schedule for General Director
- Support the General Director in foreign affairs
- Join the General Director in all meetings with employees, managers at all levels and partners.
- Planning and implementing the tasks to be done in the month for the departments in the company under the direction of the CEO.
- Coordinate with the CEO, City, TBP to capture the progress of the employees' daily work, manage all levels of the company to report to the CEO.
- Ensure that the work is carried out in accordance with the internal processes, rules and policies of the enterprise.
- The assistant director coordinates, supports and monitors the progress of the work goals.
- Prepare a report and present it to the General Director or the head of the department in the company for review and approval.
- Perform some other tasks assigned by the General Director.
