Job Description

Advise the General Director to develop strategies, supervise the implementation of the Company's strategy/plan.
Advising, or acting on behalf of the CEO, to deal with internal & external affairs.
Assist the General Director in running the daily business activities.
On behalf of the General Director, direct, connect and coordinate work between departments and units; ensure all work of the Company is still smooth when the CEO is away.
Inspect and supervise all activities of departments in the Company to maintain compliance.
Synthesize and evaluate the operation of the Company and the Departments through weekly reports of the departments to the Board of Directors of the Company.
Collect, analyze, forecast and warn about the information on the socio-economic situation, changes in the law, the competitive situation in the market related to the company's business; advise the CEO on measures to improve growth indicators, prevent risks and develop the organization.
Appraise and give comments before the General Director approves the documents submitted by the units/individuals.
Prepare key documents and reports, write speeches and speeches when required.
