1. Job Description:
- Perform property valuation, price consultation, confirmation of valuation results, etc.. for Customers
ensure timely, accurate, objective and effective in accordance with current regulations of the
Company and law;
- Directly survey, do market research, collect information, make performance evaluation reports
market variable.
- Finalize the report, certificate of valuation. Responsible for the quality of the results
Report Price Consultancy, price data, etc. implemented and quality confirmed results
valuation before the Board of Directors in accordance with the company's regulations and the law;
-Perform other tasks assigned by the Board of Directors of the Company.
2. Requirements:
- Graduated from university majoring in valuation, auditing, economics, law.
- 2 years of experience in the field of Appraisal
- Professional, dynamic and self-directed working style. Able to travel far for work
- Good communication skills, good ability to persuade customers
- Have a laptop
