Job Description

- Job details:

Responsible for coordinating information between direct management and the sales team to ensure smooth operations.
Provide direct management support for tasks related to the sales department.
Collaborate closely with the sales department to coordinate work progress and support the development of appropriate business strategies.
Coordinate with all other departments and provide support as needed to ensure the business runs smoothly.
Monthly business trips with foreign managers/leaders, meeting with clients and internal staff. Acting as an interpreter between managers and clients, and between the company and employees.
Prepare and monitor documents related to business development (bidding), negotiate the most suitable cost terms between the client and the company.
Answer questions over the phone calmly and in a friendly manner.
Communication between different departments and customers is crucial to providing services that best meet customer needs, saving costs and time to ensure smooth business operations.
Build good relationships with clients (doctors, hospitals, clinics). Resolve any issues that arise.
Other tasks assigned by the direct manager.

- Job requirements:

Good English skills in all four areas.
Must be in good health. Able to travel for extended periods (the company will cover all related travel expenses).
Good Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience as an assistant, secretary, or business support staff.
Quick-witted, adaptable, and possessing excellent communication skills.

- Benefits received:

Total income: 9-12 million VND + Allowances + Annual bonus
Eligible for annual salary increases.
