    Job duties
    • Order Management
    • Summarize order data, summarize delivery schedule for each customer
    • Enter order data from the beginning to the end of delivery on ERP software
    • Check and order materials for orders
    • Work with shipping lines and agents to book ships, place containers, and ship goods as planned
    • Work directly with customers on shipping documents
    • Make reports, send product samples and other instructions as ordered by superiors
