Job Description

Drafting reports and meetings between the CEO (in Vietnam) and the General Director (in China) and translating related documents according to the template.

Receive all feedback from customers via phone, check gmail quote requests.
Make price inquiries to the factory in China, monitor the quotation progress, and supplement documents from the Chinese factory.
Monitor import activities of goods.
