    Job Description


    Assist Restaurant Manager in running all operations of restaurant and beach club.

    Supervise service team, bar, organize shifts and ensure 5 star standards.

    Control service quality, food (imported beef, live seafood) and service process.

    Directly handle complaints, take care of VIP customers, support organizing events/birthdays/outdoor parties.

    Kitchen Bar Marketing collaboration drives sales and customer experience.

    Carry out Manager/Owner requests.
