Job Description
1. Responsible for supporting sales of the company's products and assisting the sales team in tracking customer needs and fulfilling orders.
2. Communicate with customers via phone, email and social networks (such as Zalo, Facebook, WeChat, etc.) to maintain customer relationships.
3. Process sales contracts, quotes, orders and other documents to ensure data accuracy.
4. Support market research, collect industry information, analyze market trends and support sales strategy development.
5. Participate in customer reception, business negotiations and translation support (Chinese-Vietnamese).
6. Handle daily administrative tasks, such as sales data records, customer information management, etc.
Job Requirements
1. Education requirements: College degree or higher, priority given to majors in marketing, international trade, business administration, etc.
2. Experience requirements: Priority is given to candidates with more than 1 year of experience in sales assistant, business support or customer service.
3. Language skills: Fluent Chinese, proficient Vietnamese, priority given to candidates who know English.
4. Personality traits: Good communication and execution skills, extroverted and good at building relationships with customers.
5. Office software: Proficient in Excel, Word, PPT and other office software. Priority is given to candidates with experience using ERP systems.
6. Other requirements:
Careful and responsible, well organized in work and able to withstand certain pressure.
Priority is given to candidates with understanding of the local market and business environment in Vietnam.
Ability to accept suitable travel arrangements (such as client visits, market research, etc.).
