Job Description

- Support Sales Director in receiving and resolving customer issues

- Consulting, introducing and answering customer questions about the company's insurance.

- Draft and manage documents related to business activities such as contracts, papers, and related procedures.

- Handle issues related to contracts and customer contract payments.

- Build, support and maintain long-term relationships with customers and department staff to provide the best customer service and offer effective financial solutions to customers.

- Expand relationships to increase opportunities to bring insurance products to customers.

- Build personal image on social networks such as Facebook, Zalo, Tiktok to attract customers and build brand for the Company.

- Support events organized at the office and customers attending to increase the chance of closing contracts.
