Job Description
1. Understand the products and services that the Company is providing in order to advise Customers.
2. Receive new needs: consult and answer customer questions when requested by QLBP.
3. Perform business support tasks as an admin, with specific reports on supported tasks.
4. Collect market information and customer feedback questions for the Sales Management & Board of Directors.
5. Monitor sales revenue and business targets, comply with rules/regulations, policies,... and complete the workload assigned by the Sales Manager.
6. Supervise the work of Sales Engineers as assigned by the Sales Manager
7. Make periodic reports: weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly
Candidate requirements
Experience:
- 05 years or more in a similar position
Education:
- College degree or higher
Specialization:
- Understand sales, marketing and customer care.
- Knowledge of industrial equipment, Electrical and Automation Equipment, Project Quotation....
- Market knowledge, analysis, reporting on business activities in charge.
Computer:
- Proficient in Email and office software: Word, Excel, Power Point.
- Priority is given to candidates who are proficient in management software (ERP/CRM...)
Foreign language:
- Good English communication. Priority given to those who know Chinese
Soft skills:
- Love business, good communication and negotiation skills (calling, booking appointments with customers)
- Skills to analyze, plan and carry out work according to plan.
-Skills in synthesizing, analyzing data, reporting and making assessments as required
- High discipline, able to withstand work pressure.
