Work content:
- Drafting annual/quarterly/monthly production and business plans as assigned by superiors (Lease situation, rental price adjustment plan, service fee adjustment...)
- Regularly update information of tenants, information about the area/office that has been leased and is ready for lease.
- Monitor and report the progress of production and business at the request of superiors
- Support sales staff to take customers to see and survey the premises.
- Contact to arrange meeting schedule, appointment with customers coming to work with sales manager
- Coordinate with sales staff to negotiate lease contracts with customers.
- Drafting the lease contract based on the information provided by the sales staff in accordance with the process and regulations issued by the company
- Negotiate with customers and draft lease addendums (price adjustment, contract extension, change some contract information...)
- Monitor and update real estate market information in the office leasing segment, shopping mall and report in charge
