    Job Description

    • Manage all product data (inventory) of the company: update information, classify by project, transaction status and real time.
    • Coordinate and distribute potential customer lists (data) to the sales team in a transparent and strategic manner.
    • Track sales staff's customer care progress through internal reporting or CRM systems.
    • Synthesize and analyze feedback from sales on lead quality to improve conversion performance.
    • Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure business operations run efficiently and without interruption.
