- Job details:

Check the legal documentation of the construction/project;
Review the settlement request documents: check the quantity, unit price, and settlement value based on the documents provided by the investor;
Perform other professional duties and tasks as assigned by the Board of Directors and the Department Head;
Job details will be discussed during the interview.

- Job requirements:

Graduates from universities specializing in Construction, Transportation, Water Resources, and Electrical Engineering;
Possesses skills in quantity surveying, cost estimation, and reviewing project legal documents.
Proficient in using Word, Excel, AutoCAD, and specialized construction cost estimation software.
