1. Synthesize, analyze, report to the CMO on decisions related to marketing (performance & branding) to evaluate the overall performance of the members of the department.
2. To urge and work of the department to operate the effective marketing system.
3. Participate in building and designing marketing campaigns for products and services of the company
4. Quickly approach new problems, understand the working processes, promptly detect inadequacies to consult with the CMO for timely solutions and direction.
5. Monitor, regularly update the work progress, report the work progress to the CMO.
6. Support CMO to disseminate specific work to relevant departments/departments.
7. Join the CMO in internal and external relations.
8. Attending, recording and summarizing the evaluation content of meetings in the management and administration of the marketing department.

9. Proposing R&D for Sales & Marketing system development
10. Proposed R&D for business development of 3 companies and brands distributed by Eurostyle.
11. Work and support the team as a Marketing Executive
