Job Description

- Job details:

Record minutes and summarize the content of the company's regular meetings.
Monitor, remind, and update the progress of implementing the Director's instructions.
Collect data and compile activity reports from relevant departments.
Prepare documents and content for meetings and work sessions with partners.
Contact and work with partners as assigned by the Director.
Assist the Director in coordinating and confirming information with partners (without signing contracts on their behalf).
On behalf of the Director, coordinate internal work within the assigned scope.
Perform other duties as directed by the Sales Director.

- Job requirements:

University/College graduate (preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Communications, Public Administration, or related fields)
One year of experience in an Assistant, Coordinator, Sales Admin, or General Administration role is an advantage; those without experience will be trained.
Excellent communication skills, ability to write clear and professional emails and documents.
Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets / PowerPoint.
Careful, honest, responsible, and possessing good organizational and planning skills.
Work location: 2/25 Chan Hung Street, Ward 6, Tan Binh District, Ho Chi Minh City

Salary: 8-15 million VND/month (negotiable based on ability and experience)
