1. Clinical Project Management Support:
- Participate in planning, organizing and implementing clinical trials.
- Monitor progress, collect data, and assist in analyzing results of clinical studies.
- Ensure trials comply with GCP (Good Clinical Practice) and regulatory requirements.
2. Research Coordination and Support:
- Collaborate with research groups, hospitals, clinics and partners to implement projects.
- Manage clinical research related documents and ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Support internal training and update information on products/projects to relevant teams.
3. Analysis and Reporting:
- Synthesize and analyze data from clinical trials, make recommendations for improvement.
- Prepare progress reports, test results and present to Director.
- Propose strategic solutions based on clinical research results.
4. Support for Management and Business Work:
- Participate in meetings with partners and customers to update project information.
- Monitor and support business development activities related to new pharmaceutical products.
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare organizations, hospitals and industry professionals.
5. Administrative Management:
- Arrange work schedule, meeting schedule and support time management for Director.
- Prepare documents, presentations and other administrative tasks as required.
- Monitor project KPIs and report directly to the Director.
