Job Description

1. Job content:

Representative of the Director welcomes customers, organizations and individuals
Arrange work schedules, meeting schedules, work schedules, organize meetings, record and synthesize meeting content for the Director to serve executive management.
Receive, classify, arrange, and process information, documents, and materials from Departments and Centers.
Support the development and implementation of plans and goals for the department. Support estimating and tracking costs.
Stay on top of the events schedule and represent the company when needed. Complete projects assigned by the Director, including solving problems, monitoring progress, working with various departments within the company and external partners.
Prepare documents and collect necessary information as requested by the Director. Support in synthesizing information and making periodic and extraordinary reports
Research, prepare reports, handle complex situations, negotiate with customers and predict business needs.
Perform other arising tasks as assigned by superiors

2. Requirements:

Have experience working as an Assistant Director, Assistant Manager or other equivalent position.
Experience in performance management.
Good English communication skills
Problem solving skills, good organization, ability to make decisions, advise...

3. Regimes and benefits:

Income: 15-18 million (Negotiated based on capacity during PV exchange).

Working hours: 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m., 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday - Saturday. 1 hour lunch break from 12:00 p.m. - 1:00 p.m.
