    Job Description

    JOB DETAILS:
    • Monitor and synthesize weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly reports for the Board of Directors
    • Perform support, supervision, and management tasks at the request of the Director
    • Record and implement the direction of the Director down to the departments. Summarize and report results
    • Coordinate with other departments to monitor the progress of the implementation of the set goals
    • Attend, record and summarize the contents of some meetings at the request of the Director
    • Monitor and report the work progress of the Sales Department and related departments at the request of the Board of Directors.
    • Translator for Boss
    • Other jobs will be discussed in detail during the interview

    JOB REQUIREMENTS:
    • University degree or above majoring in Economics, Business, Finance, Marketing or related fields
    • Fluent in Chinese
    • Female, born in 1991 - 1997, good looking, height from 1m55 and above
    • At least 1 year of experience in a similar position
    • Strong thinking and analytical skills
    • Good negotiation and presentation skills

    RIGHT:
    • Salary: 12-15 million VND
    • Working time: 7:45 - 11:45, 13:00 - 17:00 from Monday to Saturday
    • Working location: 569 – 571 Luy Ban Bich, Phu Thanh Ward, Tan Phu District
    • Participating in social insurance, health insurance... according to the company's regulations
