- Support the automotive industry director in managing and developing the company's business activities: including planning, monitoring activities, analyzing data and providing business solutions.
- Managing the company's projects: including planning, analyzing the current situation, proposing solutions and monitoring the progress of the work.
- Perform administrative tasks and assist the automotive director: including scheduling meetings, organizing meetings and documenting related content, preparing documents for meetings and reports , managing schedules and planning for the director.
- Coordinating and managing the company's business activities: managing contracts, resolving arising problems and solving other issues related to the company's business activities.
- Organizing events, advertising and communication programs: including planning, finding partners and organizing events, advertising and communication programs to promote the company's products and brands .
Job requirements
- Qualification: Bachelor (administrative, general).
- Requirements: Male 25-40 years old
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
- Ability to adapt quickly, work in a team, withstand pressure at work
- Good looking appearance, agile, flexible in organization
- Use English fluently and know how to drive.
- Proficient in office computer skills, especially Excel.
Income: Salary: 15,000,000 - 25,000,000 VND (Working in Hanoi)
Working time: 8am - 5pm (Monday to Saturday).
