1. Controlling compliance in work process and discipline (Rules, regulations) of all departments in the company, coordinating with Human Resources Department to build and develop corporate culture;
2. Develop criteria, synthesize and evaluate KPIs (performance indicators) of departments;
3. Monitor, urge and inspect the implementation of the Reports. Synthesize and analyze reported data, coordinate with heads of departments to check non-optimal problems, find out the causes and propose solutions to overcome;
4. Communicating the strategic orientation of the Board of Directors to the divisions accurately and recording comments from all levels of staff to the Board of Directors for review and adjustment if not appropriate;
5. Participating in handling arising events related to internal affairs (departments) / external relations (NCC, Partners, Customers) / arising projects (if any);
6. Prepare, attend meetings, record meeting minutes of the meetings of the Board of Directors; interpreting for the Board of Directors when working with foreign partners.
7. Participating in determining sales and financial goals, developing plans to pursue goals in each specific period, implementing detailed plans to each department, monitoring and evaluating results;
8. Support the Board of Directors in controlling time and work;
9. Coordinating with Heads of Departments to promote the development of related fields when needed support: Human resource development, Brand recognition, Sales promotion, ....
10. Participating in building process system, quality management system, ....
11. Drafting contracts, internal documents at the request and orientation of the Board of Directors;
12. Working with state agencies on administrative/legal procedures;
13. Other tasks at the request of the Board of Directors.
