- Arrange work schedule, meeting schedule, work schedule, organize meetings, take notes and summarize content of meetings
- Receiving, synthesizing, arranging and processing information, documents and documents to and from departments and partners
- Urging, synthesizing, arranging the plans of the Departments in a scientific way and sending them back to the leadership
- Monitor, understand and grasp the progress and status of project implementation based on reports of departments to clarify status and progress of reported projects
- Synthesize documents and explanations of departments related to reports
- Supervising the process of handling reports related issues
- Summarize the results of work and project implementation of the departments in each project phase
- Support project manager in other administrative tasks at the request of each Department
