- Receive instructions information; urge.
- Synthesize reports, analyze and evaluate the overall performance of the member units, departments / divisions of the Company.
- Assist the boss in internal and external relations, attend conferences and events when assigned.
- Prepare documents, documents, official correspondence under the direction of the boss.
- Arrange, organize the work schedule, meeting schedule, work schedule of the boss.
- Attending, recording and summarizing the evaluation content of the meetings in the management and administration of the Company.
- Receive dossiers and documents from departments, check and propose ideas before submitting to boss for approval.
- Communicate smoothly and timely information between the boss and the departments and vice versa.
- Manage and work with Miss West, Model West to participate in events in HCM and other provinces.

- Know how to do basic powerpoint or photoshop or Canva about image editing.
- Dynamic, agile, good diplomacy, proficient in using social networks (FB, TIKTOK, IG, ZALO...)
- ENGLISH COMMUNICATES well to manage and schedule work for Western models.
- Have laptop, motorbike and phone
