- Interface with customers about information related to the project (production plan, container schedule, ship schedule, information with forwarders to carry out customs procedures)
- Acting as a bridge between the customer and the company during the contract implementation process (email, meeting, acceptance...)
- Manage project progress, work with related departments on production planning, packing, delivery
- Completing the project, collecting customer debts, payment records
- Working with branch members of the company in the US on export orders
- Working in Hung Yen, daily shuttle bus to Hanoi. From time to time, you can work at the company's office in Hanoi
