Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION

Support company training program
Prepare documents, compose documents, Powerpoint training
Coordinating and supporting Marketing specialists in developing training curriculum
Manage the training system, update, adjust and perfect the content of the existing training programs.
Design and build new training programs according to actual needs
Support training, guidance, follow-up and help new employees in the first 30 days.
Update knowledge test exercises by topic. Grading, commenting, adjusting knowledge for members to understand the problem
Answer questions, help new members connect with other members and quickly integrate into the company culture
HR administrative tasks when required

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Attitude enthusiastic, cheerful, quick
Experience is preferred
Have good communication and communication skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
Good health, honesty, agility, carefulness, dedication in work
Know how to use computer office (Word, Excel, ...).
