Job Description

- Job details:

Collaborate with the Store Manager to oversee daily operations: sales, customer service, product display, and inventory.
Ensure the store operates in accordance with company procedures and regulations.
Supervise, assign tasks, and monitor employee performance.
Support the training of new employees according to the company's service standards.
Address customer feedback and complaints, and propose solutions for service improvement.
Prepare reports on sales, business performance, and store operations.
Assisting in communicating policies and requirements from the Board of Directors to the staff.

- Job requirements:

Preference will be given to candidates with experience in retail, mobile phones, electronics, accessories, FMCG, or those who have previously worked as a store assistant/supervisor.
Excellent communication, work management, and problem-solving skills.
Careful, responsible, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
Proficient in using office computer software.
