    Job Description

    1. Sales admin jobs
    • Support the department head in tasks such as: Prepare documents and papers, records, contracts, format documents, synthesize class information, make reports after the course
    • Logistic preparation for the class, class support & training assistants
    • Assist the Head of Department with other administrative tasks as required
    • Report weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual work results to department head
    2. Telesales / Telemarketing
    • Collect potential customer database by region..., manage and update customer data
    • Looking for staff in charge of training on the customer side and introducing the company's services
    • Report to superiors on work progress and results
    Request:
    • At least 2 years of experience, including 1 year working in a customer care or Sales Admin position
    • Proficient in office computer: Word, Excel, PowerPoint…
    • Patience, hard work, careful in work
    • Good communication skills, sociable
    • Good job management skills.
