    Job Description

    - Job details:

    • Assist teachers in the teaching process, guiding students in developing debating and presentation skills in English.
    • Prepare and support the design of teaching content: curriculum framework, lesson plans, and classroom activities.
    • Assist teachers in training, grading assignments, providing feedback, and evaluating student performance.
    • Record learning activities on video, save the footage, and send reports to parents (when needed).
    • Observe and monitor students' progress, and recommend talented students to join the debate team.
    • Support the organization of learning projects, events, and debate competitions both inside and outside the center.
    • Participate in internal training to enhance expertise in debate and teaching methods.
    • Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervising teacher or the subject committee.

    - Job requirements:

    • Have an IELTS certificate with a score of 6.5 or higher , or an equivalent level of English proficiency.
    • Standard English pronunciation, good communication skills.
    • Experience in the field of education or participation in debates and presentations is an advantage.
    • Strong critical thinking skills, understanding of social issues, and the ability to analyze, reason, and persuade.
    • Passionate about education and enjoy working with students.
    • Possesses a strong learning attitude, proactiveness, and a high sense of responsibility in their work.
    • Work location: 70 Nguyen Vinh Bao Street, Trung Hoa Ward, Cau Giay District, Hanoi
    • Working hours: Classes can be accepted from 4:30 PM onwards, weekdays.
