- Monitor the progress of completing training courses mentioned in the "Annual Training Program of Departments"
- Conduct training courses led by the training team.
- Synthesize training documents of departments to the E-Learning system to build a document library
- Monitor, update and edit E-Learning system.
- Training content development is handled by the Training team.
- Coordinate with departments to conduct training courses in conjunction with vendors outside the company.
