- Managing social responsibility compliance work
- Develop and implement factory personnel mechanisms in accordance with applicable laws, and customer standards
- Support the implementation of policies and regimes for employees of the HR department.
+ Follow up reading and translating documents related to the production process and product requirements
+ Guide, train and control the factory to strictly follow the production process and product requirements according to information from customers.
+ Advise the factory director to perfect the production process
+ Support the factory's audit array, advise more solutions to improve the factory's system.
