Job requirements
- Prepare design documents and take off quantities.
- Monitor progress and manage construction quality.
- Read construction drawings, deploy construction drawings, design construction techniques, construction methods for projects assigned to monitor.
- Take responsibility for the quality and progress of your work.
- Take off quantities according to drawings, select materials, create design plans, explain technical solutions for the project and prepare quotes and estimates.
- Control and update all volumes performed during the construction process
- Identify and resolve problems that arise during actual construction on the construction site, reporting to superiors and the Site Commander.
- Supervise and monitor construction work according to the approved Outline and Process and as assigned by the Chief Supervising Consulting Engineer.
- Record monitoring log;
- Regularly inspect the construction work of Contractors based on actual volume, acceptance records,...
- Prepare documents for acceptance, payment, and settlement with the investor.
- Do tasks as assigned by the project commander.
