Working in AADASIA's Operations Team in Hanoi
Working hours: Monday – Friday, Summer: 08:30 – 17:30, Winter: 09:00 – 18:00
Check / select / update Supplier
Supplier Survey, Route
Book Tour and Event services
Handling Tour and Event issues
Notify Accounting and Sales Team of any arising issues.
APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS
Experience in tour operation from 2 years or more
Good understanding of Suppliers (Hotels, Restaurants, Guides, Fleet)
Highly responsible
Know how to find solutions
Know how to bargain / negotiate
Good health, can go on business trips, surveys, FAM trips
Speak and write English well (equivalent to B2 or Ielts 5.5)
INTEREST
Salary based on interview and probation results, divided into 3 levels (Beginner from 6.5 - 7.9 million, Suitable from 8 - 9.9 million, Motivator from 10 million and up)
Bonus according to Back Office mode for self-exploited tours (with Training), hot bonus
12 to 15 days off / year
Annual Outing with the Company
