    Job Description

    1. Job description
    • Implement the F&B model in the Gio Nha cafe chain, receive instructions from the board of directors/ proactively come up with ideas, propose and deploy the model to the restaurant system.
    • Manage all operations of the shop: Control work at the shop related to preparation, inventory management, ingredients, quality control of dishes and drinks at the shop,...
    • Setup, build menus and train bartenders
    • Take responsibility for assigned tasks within the scope of responsibility and authority
    • Develop sales programs and coordinate the development of marketing programs to attract potential customers
    • Work location: Hai Chau, Da Nang or in the Gio's House cafe chain in Da Nang

    2. Requirements

    • Have at least 01 year of experience in a similar position at chains/systems that combine cafe and food.
    • Know how to prepare recipes for the restaurant menu.
    • Graduated from high school or higher, majoring in restaurant and hotel management is preferred
    • Honest, careful, serious attitude at work
    • Have experience to develop stores, store chains, and brands to a higher level
    • Age: Under 40
