1. Responsible for planning and general strategic direction for the company

3. Manage and be responsible for all activities of the Company

5. Ensure the achievement of current and future goals of the company as expected by the Parent Company in terms of sales growth, profit, product quality, talent development and other activities.

2. Japanese N1 (Required): proficient in speaking and writing skills. Prefer to know more English
3. Over 8-10 years of experience as a senior manager in the information technology sector.
4. Understand Japanese company culture.
5. Ready for frequent business travel

a. Salary and bonus:
Salary: Negotiable
- Bonus: 13th month salary + performance bonus (depending on business activities)
- Have the opportunity to go to Japan for short-term training and improve professional skills.

- Working hours: Mon-Fri (8h-17h30), 1 hour lunch break
- Fully participate in insurance regimes when signing the official labor contract
