- Making strategic plans, medium-term development plans and annual business plans of the Company;
- Prepare program and action plan of CT. Board of Directors and take personal responsibility before the General Meeting of Shareholders for the performance of the Board of Directors.
- To plan investment plans and investment projects within the competence and limits prescribed by law;
- Building, operating and managing, Responsible for operating the company's business system to achieve common goals. Developing business activities of the whole company system.
- Proposing the implementation of short, medium and long term business plans.
- Deploying planning, building and developing products, building a system of target customers, organizing exploitation, searching for new markets
- Building operational apparatus, system of processes and regulations to control business activities.
- Control financial activities and other activities of the business unit.
- Organize regular meetings and coordinate with supporting departments.
- Receive information and report directly to the BOM on internal and external affairs in order to create all favorable conditions for business activities.
- Regularly exchange timely information with the BOM and the heads of departments in charge of fields to prevent risks that the company encounters in the operating process.
- Advising the Board of Directors on issues of orientation and business strategy of the company.
- Operating and managing the Company according to the decentralization of administration.
- Advise and propose measures and solutions to help the Company operate effectively.
- Implement work responsibilities through the "Charter of organization & operation of the Company"
- On behalf of the Board of Directors, supervise and direct the Executive Board in running the company's daily business.
- Advising the Board of Directors to decide on investment plans, investment projects and selling assets with a value equal to or greater than 2% to 20% of the total value of assets recorded in the latest financial statements of the company. .
- Collect data (complete, accurate, timely), analyze and evaluate the results of the implementation of goals, plans and processes related to the areas assigned by the Board of Directors to identify trends to build , adjust the plan accordingly, achieve the goals assigned by the Board of Directors.
- Analyze and evaluate performance results against plans/regulations/processes to find solutions to optimize operational efficiency.
- Report on the performance of related activities periodically (day, week, month, quarter, 6 months, year) according to the Company's regulations and irregularly at the request of CT. Board of Directors.
