Receive incoming calls, operate Viettel network hotline/switchboard
Answer questions/complaints/support information for customers about Viettel telecommunications services.
Grasp customer psychology and needs to have timely support and handling measures.
As directed by management.
WORKING TIME:
Rotating shifts: Shift 1: 06:30 – 14:30; Shift 2: 14:30 – 22:30; 1 day off per week
Fixed shift support: Shift 2
WORK PLACE: 36 Tran Van Du, Ward 13, Tan Binh District, Ho Chi Minh City
