JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Manage human resources, English Department's expertise, coordinate foreign teachers, develop programs, learning materials, question banks, and organize professional experience activities for students.
2. Teaching English subject according to the curriculum prescribed by the Ministry of Education.
3. Prepare lesson plans, lectures, and evaluate students' learning outcomes.
4. Participate in extracurricular activities and seminars to improve teaching quality.
5. Ensure compliance with school and education regulations.
6. Participate and support school and system events.
7. Work as assigned by the Board of Directors.
Graduated from a regular university majoring in English Pedagogy. If not graduated from a pedagogical major, a pedagogical certificate is required.
At least 2 years of teaching experience, experience in professional management in high schools is an advantage.
