    • Manage and promote the operations of the quality management department to ensure the quality, functions and operations of the department.
    • Closely monitor and manage quality assurance guidance documents, and propose quality assurance programs & policies for future plans by collecting relevant data, creating reports statistical report.
    • Take steps to evaluate the quality of the product by testing a variety of features and see how the product performs under the effects of temperature, humidity, impact force, etc.
    • Plan an inspection to ensure that facilities and production operations in the enterprise comply with quality management guidelines and internal standards.
    • Guide employees in the quality management department to perform daily tasks
    • Timely handle unusual reports on product quality, and discuss with the Board of Directors to make plans and countermeasures for improvement and prevent error recurrence.
