Job description:

Receive requests for products to be sewn from relevant departments and deploy them to employees in the line.
Plan, allocate time and assign detailed production coordination in the sewing line.
Manage and monitor sewing workers in the production line to ensure employees comply with regulations, sew according to standards and meet the set schedule.
Responsible for quantity and output reaching KPIs and meeting daily standards.
Check and ensure product quality at the final stage of completion, meeting the planned deadline.

Job requirements:

Minimum 02 years of experience in a similar position.
Have good knowledge of measuring, cutting and sewing.
Understanding of sewing techniques.
Have experience in sewing line management, good human resource management ability.
Have skills in communicating and instructing sewing techniques to employees.
