1. Preparation for production:
Receive work orders from foreman and deploy work to line workers.
Daily prepare machines, tools and materials before starting the worker's shift.
Responsible for signing and receiving supplies and materials according to assigned orders.
2. Product quality management:
Note to check the quality of raw materials to ensure that they meet the requirements of the order.
Timely feedback to IQC department if detecting raw materials not meeting the required quality.
Regularly supervise and check the working process of workers to ensure that the product meets the prescribed quality.
Coordinate with PQC staff to promptly detect errors occurring in the production process and quickly take remedial measures.
Monitor the team's daily production progress, urge workers to work, ensure to keep up with the overall productivity of the company.
Monitoring and balancing the line to promptly solve the bottlenecked stages, ensuring the daily production target is met.
Encourage workers to work beyond the prescribed productivity to enjoy the company's bonus regimes.
3. Training workers:
Directly guide the work process for new workers, ensuring workers understand the work to be done and operate well.
Participating in skills training programs for the company's apprentice workforce.
Carry out the skill assessment of workers after each training course.
4. Other tasks assigned by the Workshop Manager.
