Job content: Working hours from 6pm - 6am
- Carry out check in/check out procedures
- Provide information about hotel services to customers
- Check room availability and coordinate with other departments to ensure readiness to serve guests
- Resolve customer questions and complaints. Report to management for timely and appropriate handling
- Ensure a civilized, polite and friendly image with customers and partners
- Do other tasks as assigned by the department head.
