Job Description

Receive customer requirements, book itineraries, quotes, ticket conditions, airline regulations for guests.
- Book bookings, track ticketing deadlines, monitor flight status of guests.
- Responsible for bookings
- Handle customer requests related to booking and support services such as online check-in, luggage, ticket change support, ticket refund
- Receiving calls or emails from customers to advise and answer customer questions when there is a need for air tickets
- Update the airline's fare policies, new routes to advise and set up itineraries at the request of customers
- Support other works related to the box office
