• Plan to find suitable candidate sources, receive and screen candidate profiles.
• Schedule interviews and conduct candidate interviews.
• Synthesize, report and browse recruitment results.
• Drafting and sending job offers to successful candidates, informing about preparing dossiers and arranging job start dates.
• Ensure that personnel are provided in a timely manner, meeting the requirements in both quantity and quality according to the Company's regulations.
• Building and developing recruitment channels to ensure appropriate and timely human resources for the Company.
• Update, store and manage employee and candidate information.
• Develop and update training materials and conduct training on company culture/code of conduct
• Participate in related projects of the Department and the Company every year Teambuilding, YEP, /, /, Noel,
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Head of Department.
